Basic Training

For our new puppy parents we are here for any and all basic training lessons and questions- but what if your well loved best friend is not from us? No problem! We offer basic training lessons to help guide you through puppyhood, adolescence, and beyond.

*While we hope to expand our services in the future, we can not take on behavioral modification cases at this time. If you need these services we suggest seeking out a certified canine behaviorist. We also do not train service animals beyond the basics described here.*

Initial Puppy Class 

1 individual hour session for puppies under 16 weeks to set up a schedule and prepare the foundation they will use for a lifetime.

Puppy Classes

New pet parent? Want more guidance? This is a weekly class for puppies under 24 weeks where we set up your weekly puppy plan together and go over any concerns you may have.

Basic Obedience 

Sit! Stay! Come! Some commands every dog should know, for their safety, yours, and those around you. Lets work together to get you and your pup on the same page and moving forward together!

The GRCA provides puppy referral as a convenience to puppy buyers to find out about breeders who are GRCA members and their litters. GRCA takes no responsibility whatsoever for any puppies/dogs that you may acquire through GRCA puppy referral. GRCA is not responsible for any breeder’s sale practices and sales contracts, nor will GRCA be involved in any manner in contract disputes between puppy buyers and breeders. Availability of puppies and conditions of sale are at the sole discretion of the individual breeder. Buyers are encouraged to read ACQUIRING A GOLDEN RETRIEVER, as found on the grca.org website, for general information about obtaining a puppy, to take as much time as necessary to locate a reputable breeder from whom they feel comfortable purchasing a puppy, and to investigate breeders and their puppies thoroughly before committing to a purchase. You are not obligated to purchase a puppy from the breeders whose names you obtain from GRCA puppy referral.
